Once I receive your inquiry form, I'll be in touch within 24–48 hours to schedule a consultation call. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, talk through your wedding plans, and see if we're the right fit. These calls typically last between 15 and 30 minutes.

After our consultation call, I'll send over a custom proposal tailored to your wedding day. Based on our conversation, I'll recommend the package that best fits your needs and vision. Your proposal will include everything you need to move forward, including your contract and invoice.

Ready to make it official? Sign your contract and pay your retainer within 48 hours to reserve your wedding date. Once everything is complete, you're officially booked and we can start planning the exciting details together!

I recommend reaching out as soon as you have your wedding date. Many couples book 12–18 months in advance for peak wedding season dates, while off-season weddings may have more flexibility. Popular weekends can fill quickly, so the sooner you inquire, the better chance you'll have of securing your date.

Absolutely! Whether you're planning a wedding on the Oregon Coast, in the mountains, across the country, or somewhere entirely exciting and new, I'd love to be there. 150 miles travel within Oregon is included for weddings and elopements, while destinations requiring flights, lodging, or additional travel may require an additional fee.

I typically deliver between 75–125 images per hour of coverage, depending on the flow of the day and the moments that unfold. Every gallery is different, but my goal is always to tell the complete story of your celebration.

Couples sessions are typically delivered within 4 weeks. Wedding galleries are delivered within 6–8 weeks. Every image is carefully edited by hand to ensure your gallery feels true to your day and reflects the quality you deserve

Not at all. Most of my couples have never been professionally photographed before. I'll guide you with natural prompts and gentle direction throughout the day so you can focus on enjoying the moment rather than worrying about what to do in front of the camera.

Once you've reviewed your proposal and are ready to move forward, you'll receive a contract and invoice. To officially reserve your date, weddings and elopements require a 25% non-refundable retainer and signed contract within 48 hours. Couples sessions require a 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your wedding, elopement, or session.
